1. When the blank falls into the initial mold, it cannot enter the initial mold accurately and is subjected to excessive friction with the mold wall, causing wrinkles. After blowing air, the wrinkles are magnified, forming folds on the body of the glass bottle.

2. The cut marks on the body of the glass bottle are too large, and the scars cut out after the body is formed will appear on the body of the glass bottle.

3. The initial mold and molding material of the glass bottle are very poor, with low density and fast oxidation speed at high temperature, forming fine recesses on the surface of the mold, causing the surface of the glass bottle to be uneven after molding.

4. The mold oil will cause insufficient lubrication of the mold, a decrease in the injection speed, and a rapid change in the shape of the material. 5. The bottle maker has rubbed against the bottle mold wall, sometimes, during the manufacturing process of white wine bottles, the glass material may not enter the initial mold accurately, causing friction with the mold wall and wrinkles. After the air is blown in, the surface wrinkles will spread and open up, making it easy for the glass bottle to produce wrinkles on the body, seriously affecting the smoothness of the bottle body.
6. The initial mold design is not reasonable, glass bottle manufacturers may encounter problems when using the mold during production due to an unreasonable initial mold design. Too many molds or too small sauce bottles may cause problems, causing the glass droplets to enter the mold unevenly after being blown in, resulting in spots on the glass bottle body.
