 Even though Topmatch has already earned a reputation for quality, reliability, and innovative solutions, we will not stop striving to be better. Our research and development team, anticipating the needs of the marketplace, is continually experimenting in our research facilities, refining manufacturing methods, and testing our products. Not only to keep current products and processes sharp, but also to explore new technologies that might benefit our customers.
For more than 10 years, the R&D laboratories staffs are playing a key role in bringing new developmental products to the market and in providing service and support to the customers. The ability to create new products, to replace old products, and to provide solutions for our customers is extremely important to our continued success. At present, we have more than 25 R&D staff, 90% of whom are with Bachelor’s degree, and 5 with Doctor’s degree.
